We build AI-native commerce
systems that compound.

CommerceV3 is not a stack of services bolted together. It’s a single operating layer — engineered by senior operators, orchestrated by AI, and tuned to the way commerce actually buys in 2026. One team. One invoice. One system that gets sharper every week you’re on it.

Who we are

Operators first. Engineers second. Builders always.

CV3 was started by people who shipped commerce for a living and got tired of stitching eleven vendors into one quarterly plan. The company is the system we wished existed when we were on the brand side.

Every senior pod here has run the work before — at retailers you know, on stacks you’ve heard of, through launches that actually shipped. No junior learners on your retainer. The person who walks you through the strategy is the person executing it in week nine.

The other half of the team is engineering. Real engineers — the kind who build pipelines, ship orchestration code, and own the platform that runs your retainer. That’s the part most agencies don’t have. It’s the part that makes CV3 an operating layer instead of a service desk.

Together: 11 senior partners across hubs, ~60 specialists behind them, one shared platform. You hire one team. You get the whole company.

What makes CV3 different

Four things that aren’t on anyone else’s pitch deck.

Anyone can claim “senior team” and “AI-native.” These are the parts that hold up after the first ninety days.

01

Senior operators, by default.

Every account is staffed with a named senior pod from kickoff. Strategy isn’t delegated to an account manager — the person setting direction is the person building it.

02

AI-native orchestration.

A real platform sits underneath every retainer. It connects the channels, runs the routines a human would forget, and surfaces what to do next. Senior operators decide; the system does the heavy lifting.

03

One operating layer, not eight tools.

Acquisition, lifecycle, GEO, content, CRO, analytics — all run from the same platform with shared context. No vendor handoffs. No conflicting dashboards. No meeting tax to keep eight teams aligned.

04

Outcomes, not hours.

Tier-locked retainers. Same operating depth at every level — only velocity and volume scale. No surprise invoices, no resold tool margin, no annual ratchet. Month-to-month, both directions.

Evolution

How CV3 got to an operating layer.

The short version of our last seven years, in four moves.

  1. 2003–2019

    The fragmented era.

Sixteen years in, brands were juggling eight specialist vendors per quarter. The coordination tax already cost more than any single workstream. We rebuilt around senior-only delivery.

  2. 2021

    Consolidation.

Folded paid, lifecycle, content and CRO under one senior team and one invoice. The agency model worked — until the work changed underneath it.

  3. 2024

    The AI-native pivot.

AI assistants quietly became the dominant discovery surface for high-margin DTC. We rebuilt the delivery model around it: GEO, AEO, Agentic CRO, AI UGC — all run from one platform.

  4. 2026

    The operating layer.

35 services orchestrated by a single internal platform. 150+ commerce brands. $1.2B revenue under management. One team. One stack. Every quarter, sharper.

Operating philosophy

The opinions we’re not negotiating on.

Written down once. Reviewed quarterly. Still all four.

Drag

Fragmented tools create drag.

Every vendor boundary is a place where momentum dies. We collapse boundaries because that’s where the compounding lives.

Unlock

Orchestration is the unlock.

The marginal cost of doing the next correct thing should be near zero. A platform that orchestrates — not a human ticket queue — is how that works.

Judgment

AI alone is not enough.

Models are tools. Operators are the judgment. We pair senior humans with deep automation because either, by itself, ships average work.

Compounding

Systems compound. Campaigns don’t.

Quarter-by-quarter sprints look productive and decay fast. A system that keeps getting sharper is the only durable advantage in this market.
